Our clinic wants to support as many people as possible with their health needs.

If appointments are cancelled at short notice or if patients do not attend their scheduled appointment, we are unable to use that appointment to help other patients.

If you need to rearrange your appointment we request that you give as much notice as possible. We can reschedule your appointment without penalty provided at least 1 full working day’s notice is given.

If you give less than 1 full working day’s notice for rescheduling or cancelling an appointment, the full cost of the appointment will be charged.  This cancellation fee is necessary as our doctors will be unable to help other patients at such short notice.
